Out of concern over the local state of hunger, a coalition of caring, compassionate leaders emerged: Feeding Our Communities Partners. There are solutions to fill those missing meals and FOCP is working to build collaboration, fill service gaps, and influence stakeholders. We're developing collaborative and innovative approaches.
Our first service gap project, the BackPack Food Program, provides weekend hunger relief for elementary school children. Relieving anxiety about where the next meal is coming from when school dismisses, students go home with food for weekends. Now, Monday morning is much more productive.

Our Story
Feeding Our Communities Partners is a nonprofit organization focused on ending hunger locally. Almost three years ago, the Missing Meals report was presented to concerned citizens, business leaders, social service providers, and local policy makers.
